CUSTOMER SERVICES

The customer services team performs as help desk operators and is allocated to specific customers and in the majority of instances is the first point of contact for purchase order processing.

 

The allocation of a customer service advisor to each customer provides for a consistent point of contact and facilitates the building of relationships, confidence and the knowledge of individual customer requirements.

LocaMed Ltd. commits to delivering orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery service is next working day; alternative delivery options are available on request and will be charged for accordingly. The majority of our UK orders arrive next day, international transit times may vary.

 

Orders received by customer services will be delivered subject to availability of stock, in free non-returnable cartons. The minimum unit of sale is one box.
