  • Is LocaMed on the NHS framework?

    Yes, we are on the NHS Supply Chain as well as the All-Wales framework. Please contact us if you would like more detailed information.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Our standard delivery is within 48 hours , though other delivery options are available upon request. Please visit our delivery section on our 'About us' page.

  • Who is my dedicated representative?

    Please email info@locamed.com and provide us with your details. We will get the relevant rep to contact you as soon as possible.

  • When is the latest I can place an order?

    2pm is the latest time whereby your order will be processed and sent out on the same day. Any orders after this will only be processed the next day, which may result in a delay in delivery. 

  • Are all products available for international delivery?

    Yes, all our products can be delivered internationally. Please contact our distribution team who will be happy to help.

  • Do you deliver on a Saturday?

    Unfortunately we cannot currently make any weekend deliveries.
