Why coloured optic fibre cables?
Different optic fibre cables should be used for endoscopes of different lumens. For colleagues in the operating theatre or the central sterilization station, it can be difficult to recognise optic fibre cables with different diameters.
With coloured fibre optic cables, this problem can be solved visually. For instance “thin” cables for arthroscopy or urology can be assigned the colour red, whilst “thick” cables for laparoscopy can be green cold-light cables. So you always have the right cable for the right optical device.

Standard Cables are available only with grey tube colour. Our sales team will be glad to advise on any questions you may have.
