LocaMed Ltd confirms that it complies with the General Data Protection Regulation.

This notice applies to: LocaMed Limited, Unit 4 The Enterprise Centre, Alton Road, Farnham, Surrey, GU10 5EH, UK.

LocaMed Ltd process limited “Personal Data” for the purposes of managing product enquiries, orders, customer feedback and notifications.

We store only data that is required for the day to day running of our business and to supply the required product to the correct destinations and end customers. We do not hold a database of contact names and or addresses for use in mailing and or marketing campaigns.

Information stored includes:

Name.

Job Title

Email.

Telephone number. Postal Address.

Billing information.

Uses of this information include:

Communication with our customers in respect to received orders, instructions, invoicing, records and queries.

How and where we store your data:

Orders and Purchase information is held on our internal network. We may print documents that contain stated information and store them securely at our office. We maintain copies of documents and communications on our internal network. Some invoice and payment data may be stored at our banking provider.

How long do we store data?

We regularly review our information and erase or destroy records that are no longer required.

Data retention policy and data held is reviewed every two years in accordance with our Quality Management System – Control of Records.
